Terms of service

Kleeve is built and operated by a one-person company based in the Philippines (legal entity name pending). When we say “we” or “us” we mean that company. When we say “you” we mean the person using the app and agreeing to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kleeve. We gate this at signup with a date-of-birth check and a confirmation checkbox.

You can create a group (Premium) or join one by invite code (anyone). Groups hold 3 to 5 people, and there's no public discovery: the only way in is an 8-character code from someone already inside. Once you're in a group, your submissions and your streak are visible to the other members. They can also see your display name, your habit color, and any 160-character note you attach to a submission.

Anyone in your group can leave at any time. When someone leaves, the group's shared streak resets when the next member misses a day.

Premium is $4.99 per month with a 7-day free trial on first sign-up, and you can cancel anytime. Premium unlocks two things: creating groups and joining more than one group.

Billing is processed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). To cancel or change payment, you go through the App Store or Google Play directly. Kleeve cannot cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf.

You own the content you create (display name, bio, daily submission notes). You give us a non-exclusive license to display it to the people in your group, for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or from the web at the delete-account page. After a 14-day grace period your personal data is hard-deleted.

Don't use Kleeve to harass anyone, post anything illegal, or attempt to break the security of the app or its servers. Report bad behavior with the in-app report button. Three independent reports auto-hide content pending review.

Kleeve is provided “as-is”. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or that the app will keep you motivated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Kleeve is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If we change these terms materially we'll notify you in the app and via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Kleeve after that means you accept the new terms.
