A few quick answers
Something crashed. Crashes report themselves to our error monitor, with personal details scrubbed (see the privacy policy). You do not need to send logs, just tell us what you were doing when it happened.
Refunds. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store (and Google Play once Android lands), so refunds go through them. Kleeve cannot issue one directly.
Deleting your account. Do it from inside the app, or on the delete-account page from any browser.
Someone is being harmful.Use the in-app report button on the content (long-press a name, bio, or note). For anything urgent, pick “Report something” in the form above and say what is going on.
